Olivia is a Senior Director at ECA Partners, where she co-leads the Business Services practice and partners with B2B companies to place high-impact executives. Before transitioning into executive search, she earned a PhD in History from UC Irvine, where she researched late Imperial Russia and taught “A Global History of Soccer.” She also holds an MA from UCL and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Curtis is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and co-leads the Business Services practice.
