As Senior Director at ECA Partners, Olivia leads the Human Capital Practice focused on Consumer & Retail. She partners with consumer brands and retailers to recruit GTM and Strategy executives – C-suite and senior leaders who drive growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Before joining ECA, Olivia earned a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine, researching military death in late Imperial Russia and teaching “A Global History of Soccer.” She also holds an MA from University College London and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Ryan March is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and co-leads the firm’s Consumer & Retail practice. He works with consumer brands, retailers, and private equity-backed companies to place high-impact executives who drive growth, enhance customer experience, and build scalable organizations. Before ECA, Ryan was a Senior Managing Director at Stratacuity, advising life sciences and investor-backed companies on executive talent. He began his career at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, where he contributed to oncology research and precision medicine initiatives. Ryan holds a BA in Biology from Bates College with a minor in Anthropology.
