Senior Director
As Senior Director at ECA Partners, Olivia focuses on Sales and Commercial Excellence executive search, helping companies hire CRO and revenue leaders – VP of Sales, Sales Operations/RevOps, Pricing, Channel, and Customer Success – who drive pipeline, conversion, and profitable growth. Olivia leads ECA’s Human Capital Practice and has extensive experience placing GTM and Strategy executives. She earned a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine, an MA from University College London, and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Senior Director
Curtis is a Senior Director at ECA Partners specializing in Sales and Commercial Excellence leadership for private equity–backed companies. He recruits CROs, commercial operators, and GTM leaders who build scalable sales systems, drive margin expansion, and accelerate organic growth. Before joining ECA, he led operations and sales organizations in both Fortune 100 and investor-backed environments. Curtis brings firsthand PE, FinTech, and Wealth Management experience, giving him a practitioner’s perspective on commercial transformation and portfolio value creation.

Austen is a Project Manager at ECA Partners supporting the firm’s Sales & Commercial Excellence and Value Creation Practices. He partners with executives and investors to scale commercial organizations by identifying leaders who drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence. His experience spans sales, marketing, and GTM leadership roles across investor-backed and growth-oriented companies. In addition to his client work, Austen leads process optimization and team development initiatives at ECA. He holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology.
