He specializes in recruiting Chief Transformation Officers and transformation leaders for public and investor-backed companies – experts in enterprise change, operational turnarounds, digital enablement, and value-creation programs. Robby brings nearly a decade of global executive-search experience plus early consulting work. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from George Washington University, and a BS from Georgetown University.

Tony is a Senior Director in ECA Partners’ Finance Practice specializing in Finance and Enterprise Transformation leadership. He partners with private-equity firms and portfolio companies to recruit Chief Transformation Officers and senior finance executives who modernize processes, implement analytics, and drive cross-functional efficiency. His work spans manufacturing, services, and consumer sectors, combining analytical rigor with strategic insight. Tony earned a PhD from Northwestern University and was a Fulbright Scholar to Russia, where his research explored motivation and belonging during periods of economic transition.
