He helps clients secure financial leadership support during periods of transition, transformation, and rapid growth, with a focus on stabilizing finance functions and strengthening reporting. His work spans technology, healthcare, financial services, and business services, with additional expertise in finance transformation, M&A support, and private equity value creation initiatives. Zach earned his degree Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State University and began his career as a Teach for America corps member.

He partners with investors and executive teams to provide financial leadership support during periods of transition, transformation, and operational change. His work spans healthcare, life sciences, and business services, with additional expertise in finance transformation, M&A integration, and operational improvement initiatives. Andy earned his BBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
