Senior Director
Olivia is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and leads the firm’s Human Capital Practice, also specializing in GTM and Customer Success leadership. She partners with private equity–backed and Fortune 1000 companies to recruit CROs, Chief Customer Officers, and revenue and success leaders who drive growth, retention, and commercial excellence. Her experience spans sales, marketing, and customer operations within high-growth and transformation settings. Olivia holds a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine, an MA from University College London, and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Project Manager
Austen is a Project Manager at ECA Partners working across the firm’s Sales & Commercial Excellence and GTM Practices. He partners with private-equity investors and executives to recruit commercial and customer success leaders who deliver measurable impact in growth, retention, and client experience. His work spans CRO, VP of Sales, and Head of Customer Success mandates across technology, manufacturing, and services sectors. In addition to his client work, Austen leads process optimization and team development at ECA. He holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology.
