Robert (Robby) is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and co-leads the firm’s CTO/Transformation Leader Center of Excellence. He partners with private-equity and corporate clients to recruit transformation and operations leaders who modernize finance processes, strengthen systems, and build scalable infrastructures that drive value creation. With nearly a decade of executive search experience and an early career in consulting, Robby brings deep insight into industrial and services environments. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from George Washington University, and a BS from Georgetown University.

Tony is a Senior Director in ECA Partners’ Finance Practice specializing in Finance Transformation and Data & AI initiatives. He partners with private equity firms and portfolio companies to recruit leaders who modernize financial systems, optimize processes, and embed analytics into decision-making. With experience across finance, strategy, and operations, Tony helps organizations design scalable, data-driven infrastructures. He holds a PhD from Northwestern University and was a Fulbright Scholar to Russia, where his research examined motivation and belonging during periods of economic transition.

Ethan is a Project Manager at ECA Partners and a member of the firm’s Finance Practice, where he supports Finance Transformation and systems leadership searches for private-equity portfolio companies. He partners with investors and executives to recruit finance and accounting leaders who modernize reporting, improve processes, and strengthen scalability. Prior to joining ECA, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Bioethics and Global History at the University of Oxford. Ethan holds a PhD (DPhil) and MSc from Oxford, and a BA from Chapman University.
