Senior Director
Olivia is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and leads the firm’s Human Capital Practice, specializing in CHRO and senior Talent leadership search. She partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to recruit HR and People executives who scale organizations, strengthen culture, and align talent strategy with growth objectives. Her cross-functional experience across Strategy and Human Capital gives her a holistic perspective on leadership effectiveness. Olivia holds a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine, an MA from University College London, and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Project Manager
Kim is a Project Manager at ECA Partners, where she supports the firm’s CHRO & Talent Practice. She partners with private-equity firms and portfolio companies to execute end-to-end searches and develop talent strategies that strengthen leadership teams, culture, and engagement. Prior to joining ECA, she was a postdoctoral associate at Yale University. Drawing on her PhD in social psychology, Kim applies behavioral-science insight to assess leadership potential and drive evidence-based hiring. She holds a PhD from UCLA and a BA from UC Berkeley, both earned with honors.
