ECA Referral Program

Referral Program Terms

1. Referrers will have an introductory call with one of our Managing Directors
2. Once a referral has been qualified, it will remain an active referral for 12 months from the date of ECA’s initial call with the referral
3. The referrer will be eligible for a referral bonus for each freelance/ interim placement or permanent search launch that results from an active referral
4. Referral bonuses will be paid after ECA is paid by the client
5. Referrer is responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from receipt of any awards under the Program (must submit a W9 and a 1099 will be issued if the referral bonuses exceed $600 in a calendar year)
