The Role
The consultant needs to set up an AssetCo model for handling project finance for solutions for customers. the consultant needs to identify and integrate the key contract terms in setting up the relationship between CMS and the AssetCo and translate that back into a financial model of the deal value in order to to assess key terms, and contract design.

Qualifications and Candidate Background
10+ years experience with financial modeling, including project finance or structured finance
