  • Our client, a high-growth biotech company, is reaching an organizational stage of maturity where they need to develop more sophisticated workforce planning, including gap analysis and comprehensive plan over the next 3 years
  • The client was looking to use this consulting engagement as a means to develop a long-term workforce planning capability in-house by guiding the leadership team in training sessions and workshops
Objectives / Results Achieved
  • Worked with the leadership team and develop a workforce plan for the next 3 years
  • Prepared plan development for goals and challenges facing the organization given current commercial and development pipeline
  • Leveraged system implementation and build a baseline of current headcount, available skills and competencies, career paths and turnover rates
