Client / Situation

• Our client, a growing non-profit organization, was looking for people who are highly analytical and motivated to build a great team
• The VP of Data Analytics and Technology will use predictive analytics to inform the school’s approach and drive student success, develop and support data and tech infrastructure, and collaborate with different teams to author data stories for the school network

Objectives / Mandate

• Manage, coach, and provide strategic direction to the Knowledge Management (data, systems, and reporting) and traditional IT (network and hardware) teams
• Provide data analysis to support decision-making on academic, budgetary, and administrative technology matters
• Run and support IT in both academic and infrastructural systems
• Collaborate with different teams to author data stories for the entire network, including reports specific to regions and schools
• Vet, pilot, and implement new operational and curricular systems in collaboration with different teams
• Ensure that all staff and students have access to appropriate tools for 21st-century learning
