Client / Situation

• Our client is a management consulting firm that needed an experienced financial services consultant to provide technical advice and create a strategy and technology roadmap for the new enterprise CIO within a 4 week period

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Interviewed over 55 business line CIO and CEOs determining business and technology needs to drive forward growth
• Identified common needs and deficiencies due to a lack of data and enterprise strategy
• Identified key solutions to resolve deficiencies in the technology roadmap attempting to create synergies with individual business lines
• Examined the feasibility of creating a separate ‘newco’ based on FINTECH technology groups
