Position Details

Client / Situation
  • Our client, a reverse-logistics SaaS company, was looking for a Solutions Consulting Director that will pursue and win new business and help surface product enhancements
  • They required support in revolutionizing the retail industry and help solve some of the most challenging returns management issues for clients and make a difference in making retail more environmentally sustainable
Objectives / Mandate
  • Support the sales team by leading business case development and solution design
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, product management, and software development teams to create technical solutions using our client’s technology and services
  • Plan and deliver compelling software product demonstrations throughout key points of the sales cycle
  • Support sales leadership in writing proposals and final presentations
  • Manage work streams across multiple active sales pursuits, and coordinate resources from internal cross-functional groups as needed
  • Collaborate with internal product management and technology teams to improve the solution
