  • Our client, a leading private equity firm for middle-market companies, was looking for a pricing strategy consultant to work with one of their portfolio companies, one of the largest global supplier of promotional products with $135M of EBITDA
Objectives / Results Achieved
  • Developed and defined go-forward pricing strategy for portfolio company’s ~7k SKUs across different product categories
  • Partnered with portfolio company leadership team by providing guidance and thought leadership on strategic considerations / implications to pricing strategy due to upcoming tariffs
