• Our client has completed several acquisitions and was looking for support to integrate the new companies onto their existing Enterprise System
• The ideal consultant will help them integrate their multiple ERP systems and get everyone on the system (Deltek) going forward

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Oversaw and drove the integration of the newly acquired firms onto Deltek’s systems, ensuring all companies are using the same tools for project management, timesheets, expense reporting, etc.
