Client / Situation

• Our client, a theater developer for motion pictures, was facing a tight timeline in a number of critical deliverables leading up to the launch of a new theater location
• They required a consultant to manage daily interactions between client and external resources

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Generated a draft plan with 1,030 actions, which was further iterated on until mid-2019
• Used surveys and consumer interviews to inform the client on the high-level areas of opportunity to research deeper when re-designing the digital experience
• Constructed the upscale bar underwriting model, iterated on it with the Food and Beverage group, and handed it off
• Weekly facilitation of the new theater location with the team – this work took the lion share of the period June – September and it involved interfacing with the new location design firm, other external resources, and the team
