Client / Situation

• Our client, a former Bain & Company consultant at a leading PE-backed provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing services nationwide, was exploring options to support the plumbing business with insurance sales and was looking for a Market Assessment Consultant

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Produced job traffic analyses for half branches to determine whether the existing business line is being staffed properly
• Developed financial analysis which included all ancillary revenue related to business line
• Produced recommendation on what to do with business line by branch
• Visited 3 branches and interviewed front line personnel and middle management on how to enter new adjacency
• Developed recommendation for President and COO
