Position Details

Client / Situation
  • Our client, one of the largest utility companies, sought a Manager to lead a team to drive the design and implementation of change management strategies that align with major transformation initiatives
  • This role is part of an internal consulting team that reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and will have the opportunity to lead a diverse set of organizational change management projects that impact a broad spectrum of geographies, functions, and business units
Objectives / Mandate
  • Scope, design, and deliver change management solutions in conjunction with large scale transformational initiatives to promote employee acceptance and adoption
  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure alignment and commitment across functions impacted by change
  • Drive stakeholder management and engagement, communication planning, and execution across transformational projects
  • Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects and manage resources while tracking and reporting status to leadership
  • Develop and engage the OCM team by providing role clarity, regular performance feedback, and soliciting team input and ideas
  • Provide thought leadership and promote collaboration across the broader Change Management, Performance Transformation and IT Transformation teams
