- Our client, a former McKinsey & Company consultant at a large manufacturer of medical devices, needed an experienced professional in the medical device industry to act as their product manager
- The consultant was required to assist them in the management of a critical strategic partnership
Objectives / Results Achieved
- Managed overall relationship and corresponding analysis / workflow associated with key external partner
- Worked across a variety of stakeholders, in both organizations to ensure a mutually successful partnership
- Established routine cadence of analysis, engagement, and deliverables throughout the project
- Supported development of training plan and materials for National Sales Meeting
- Performed data analytics and created presentations to support Commercial Summit with key strategic partner
- Updated monthly console sales reports
- Identified and executed opportunities to leverage clinical data to generate new sales tools
- Compiled / prepared materials to support future wargaming exercises
- Performed ad hoc analyses to support decision making for Lithotripsy franchise
