  • Our client, a former McKinsey & Company consultant at a large manufacturer of medical devices, needed an experienced professional in the medical device industry to act as their product manager
  • The consultant was required to assist them in the management of a critical strategic partnership

  • Managed overall relationship and corresponding analysis / workflow associated with key external partner
  • Worked across a variety of stakeholders, in both organizations to ensure a mutually successful partnership
  • Established routine cadence of analysis, engagement, and deliverables throughout the project

  • Performed data analytics and created presentations to support Commercial Summit with key strategic partner
