Client / Situation
  • Our client, a provider of high-performance liquid chromatography products and services, would like to move from a silod functional structure to an end-market oriented one
  • They were looking for a consultant that will help them strengthen its internal communications team as part of their transformation
Objectives / Results Achieved
  • Served as a business partner to the Transformation Office to ensure that communication efforts are integrated and aligned
  • Developed creative ways to communicate the client’s vision, strategy, and purpose
  • Built communications multi-channel programs designed to inform and engage employees through stories that demonstrate the client’s enterprise priorities in action
  • Worked cross functionally to support key change initiatives in the Transformation Office by creating compelling content for key audiences from the executive team to all employees
  • Partnered with the head of internal communications to plan and strategize a program that leverages all the channels the client has to offer
  • Championed the voice of team members by partnering with HR on change management initiatives to support in support of the business
  • Meaningfully contributed to the overall effectiveness and impact of the Transformation Office
