Client / Situation

• Our client, a leading private equity firm for middle-market companies, was looking for an Interim CFO for one of their portfolio companies who is in the textile distribution business with $40M of EBITDA

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Drove annual financial planning and budgeting activities
• Provided leadership and guidance for inflight acquisition targets (including a few currently under LOI)
• Partnered with CEO, COO, and CRO to distill the overall goals of the business into financial milestones using budgets, forecasts, operational KPIs, and effective department monitoring tools
• Served as interim team lead to existing finance and accounting function
