  • Our client, an ex-McKinsey & Company consultant at a major pharmaceutical company, was looking to generate a list of strategic ideas to shorten the sales cycle for a new heart drug launch
  • They required support in developing a Go-To-Market Launch Strategy for an innovate in-hospital cardiology product
Objectives / Results Achieved
  • Contributed to the gathering of key market insights by managing research projects with external vendors
  • Drew up strategic recommendations regarding overall internal structure, hospital and customer targeting, and Field Force organization and size
