- Our client, an ex-McKinsey & Company consultant at a major pharmaceutical company, was looking to generate a list of strategic ideas to shorten the sales cycle for a new heart drug launch
- They required support in developing a Go-To-Market Launch Strategy for an innovate in-hospital cardiology product
Objectives / Results Achieved
- Contributed to the gathering of key market insights by managing research projects with external vendors
- Drew up strategic recommendations regarding overall internal structure, hospital and customer targeting, and Field Force organization and size
- Aligned strategy development internally with key stakeholders in the franchise department (marketing, market access, sales, insights, and analytics)
- Prepared materials for internal cross-functional workshops
- Developed presentations for update meetings with Sr. Leadership and the global CEO
