Client / Situation

• Our client, an ex-McKinsey & Company marketplace lender, was preparing for their first Investor Day as a public company and needed an experienced consultant to oversee the development of presentations for two of their corporate functions

Objectives / Results Achieved

• Created separate 30-minute presentations of the Investor Management and Credit Management divisions of the business
• Developed multiple storylines and syndicated with the executive team to determine the appropriate one
• Performed ad hoc analysis including market sizing, share of wallet and client demographics
• Worked with the lead executives for each section, coaching them on their presentation
