Client / Situation

• Our client, an ex-McKinsey investor in an orthodontic and dental products manufacturer with double-digit rate growth, engaged us to find a CFO to bring clarity to financial reporting and support ambitious growth objectives in expanding their presence in the global market

Objectives / Mandate

• Manage all finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, and audit functions
• Analyze key company performance indicators and provided insight and strategic advice to the CEO and executive team
• Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and corporate investment decisions
• Manage the procurement process for meaningful equipment acquisition or major contracts, including employee benefit programs
• Supervise junior accounting staff members
