Client / Situation

• Our client is a PE-backed CPG company and has experienced rapid growth on both eCommerce and traditional bricks-and-mortar retail platforms
• They sought for a high-performing consultant to drive growth and transformational change within the company’s retail business

Objectives / Mandate

• Lead and execute the company’s profitable and rapid growth
• Own complex program and project management across a variety of stakeholders, drive milestones, timelines, risks and projections
• Use data analytics to identify and drive transformational change across the company’s eCommerce and traditional retail business
• Distill complex data analyses to gain executive buy-in and quickly roll-out significant transformational initiatives
• Develop ground-up reporting and analysis to facilitate evidence-based decision making
• Work with third-party partners to develop and execute ad optimization and SEO-based brand strategies
• Own key assortment initiatives by assessing the market landscape, SKU data and consumer insights
