Client / Situation

• Our client, a multi-billion dollar producer of diesel engines in the world, is continuing to grow and was looking to add a corporate strategy leadership team
• The ideal Director of Corporate Strategy will lead multiple business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic issues, identify growth opportunities, and develop business plans integral to the company’s continued growth

Objectives / Mandate

• Quantitative and qualitative analyses on financial, operational, marketing, and customer data to drive business results
• Predictive analysis to drive business performance improvement
• Synthesize and present research findings and recommendations to senior management
• Hands-on project management of strategic planning activities
• Mentor and develop a management team
• Lead campus recruiting activities
