Client / Situation
- Our client is a massage franchisor who was looking for a consultant to conduct commercial due diligence
- They required help in analyzing franchisee store base performance, conducting competitor benchmarking via expert interviews, and compiling key information from Franchise Declaration Documents
Objectives / Results Achieved
- Surveyed 1,000 existing customers, former customers and one-time visitors for their views on the company, it’s service and why they stopped coming
- Read, summarized and compared Franchise Declaration Documents between client and key competitors to learn about branch network and business practices
- Analyzed 6 company-owned locations to develop P&L model for individual business and applied to network as a whole
- Combined three items above into a presentation for the Board
