Client / Situation

• Our client, a profitable start-up with exceptional growth, sought a self-driven and goal-oriented individual who is motivated by the potential to take on serious responsibilities very early in their tenure
• They required the candidate to work closely with the CFO / COO in managing the most pressing and highest priority issues and initiatives for the overall company

Objectives / Mandate

• Manage and track progress against key initiatives as set by the CFO / COO; regularly attend and eventually lead update meetings
• Assist with tracking metrics that provide the CFO / COO and Leadership Team with greater visibility into overall company and individual performance; lead operational improvement initiatives
• Execute high priority projects that help drive success for the business
• Help the CFO / COO with managing tactical items such as calendaring and ad-hoc tasks
