• Our client is one of the largest PE-backed restaurant groups in the United States and over the past three decades, the company has grown via acquisitions into an organization of over 40,000 employees and nearly $2B in annual sales
• The company’s Chief Innovation Officer sought a Chief of Staff that will help support their business innovation and growth efforts, as well as help in developing their operation

Objectives / Mandate

• Evaluate new business opportunities to challenge and evolve the current business model
• Lead high impact initiatives to drive operational efficiencies
• Support Chief Improvement Officer on other initiatives
