Client / Situation
- Our client helps public and private and not-for-profit universities drive enrollments and revenues, and they were looking to roll out their product to several new universities in 2018
- They needed help in assessing the enrollment services process with a focus on improving the client (university) and customer (student) experience, and would like to develop materials that can enable the change management required for adoption of their product
Objectives / Results Achieved
- Conducted an organization assessment with a focus on people and process
- Stood up project management methodology and infrastructure designed to:
1. Enhance the delivery based culture
2. Identify global projects
3. Coordinate resources
4. Create accountability - Conducted an organization culture assessment and recommended remediation
- Helped the CEO and leadership team identify, refine and prioritize corporate strategic priorities and strategic projects
